I feel this author has done her research and offers an abundance of excellent advice for those of us who might have problems such as menopausal symptoms, and other such maladies. She incorporates healthy food options into "good for you" recipes, which are also included in the book. This was a great purchase as it helped to wean me off the menopausal medications I'd been taking for too long.
