Recommends it for: anyone who wants to improve posture and core strength.
Recommended to Cassie by: my chiropractor.
I read this book after discovering that all my pains throughout the years weren't just in my head. In fact I have been suffering from undiagnosed scoliosis. I just started pilates and can't wait to report all of the improvements I know I will see.
