زبان شاملويي در اين كتاب به نهايت خود مي رسد.تجربه اي كه در (در آستانه) هم متجلي نشد.

و ابر و ابرینه زمستانی تمات عمر یکجا در جان ام بهم درفشرد هر چند که بی مرزینگی دریای اشک نیز مرا به زدودن تلخی درد مددی نکرد
