Fairly good, for a textbook. Great examples and applications to real-world data. A bit dry, but that's difficult to avoid in a textbook.

I do wish it had gone into a bit more detail on the actual mathematics of the different theories, but I understand they had to skip a lot of that in order to make the text work for students who have only had introductory econ classes and potentially no calculus. Not to say that there's no math needed to succeed in a class that uses this text, but it's all algebr
Very useful for my university course! I really enjoyed the book and the all the equations were very well explained. Also the examples and different headlines were a useful bond to reality.

Incredibly boring... They say that writers in the US get paid in proportions to the amount of words they produce. Lets just confirm this in the case of Feenstra...

Provided a lot of useful information, but awfully boring. Could cut out a lot of the extra filler, half the size of the book, and it would be excellent.
