Ms. Graison tells a werewolf story like no other I’ve ever read. She has added a few new twists to the traditional werewolf tale, like non-belief in werewolves (like us in current day) and fighting the call of the wolf within (reluctant werewolf). But there are still the exciting pack mentality issues and battles, and the selection of mates and mating rituals. In other words, it is a rousing story that keeps your eyes glued to the page from beginning to end. I liked Rayna and Garrett's story -- ...more

I wasn’t sure whether I was going to like this story or not at first. I ended up really liking it and I am glad that I have the next one in the series to immediately start reading on.

The story starts out just introducing you to the main characters Garrett and Rayna. You find out about their past and how it seems that Garrett now hates Rayna. There is nothing supernatural here at all but then comes a news story about a town of werewolves and Rayna is forced to find out more to write the story on.

An amazing story with amazing characters. Very easy to get hooked into the atmosphere created and fall in love with the book. Perfect love story, which really has you rooting for the main characters. Also a great insight into the pack. There also some wonderful paranormals in their, although small parts in the scheme of things I would love to read more on...especially the vamp! Read this book it is fantastic.

I really liked this book. The conflict between the two hero and heroine is immence. I even had to shed a tear. However, as the story progresses and the conflict gets resolved, I really loved the ending and how the heroine chooses to get the hero back. It made me laugh and then sigh, ahhhh!

Now, with only one loose end that I can think of, will there be a sequel?

This was a interesting story. Lily Graison's puts a little twist on the werewolf lore, and this is good. There is action althrough the book and the love story between the main characters was well developed. This is book one in the NIGHT BREEDS series, I am interested in seeing where the series takes us.

Eh... it wasn't what I was expecting. I liked it, but it did not wow me and I didn't feel a strong connection between the hero and heroine, nor did I feel terribly connected to the characters. Still, it wasn't too bad, and I do not regret reading it.

Creepy village where creepy people who turned out to be werewolves lived! Kinda reminded me if the weird people in "The Howling" movies...

I may of missed it, but I don't think they ever found out who the serial killer was at the beginning of the book...
