Recommends it for: Probably not guys
Well, I may never read this, considering that I'm not a real woman, but considering that it is written by someone in my writer's group, I figured it was best to include it somewhere. Maybe I'll get around to it one day and do a psychoanlytic reading, or maybe go deconstructionist on it-- but then what will we do with the scraps? (hahahaha....)
Seriously, Tasra knows what she's talking about, and I recommend this for anyone (probably a woman, but hey, it's the new millenium) who likes crafty type

I don't scrapbook, I do write. I take pictures, I collect things, we travel, we do stuff. But I don't do the whole sit down and make beautiful pages and books. There are TONS of books out there about scrapbooking, but this book has a fresh approach to apply scrapbooking techniques to real-life. A great book to build up my desire to put some layouts together - just right to light that creative spark!

I learned that scrapbooking does not have to be complicated, what I do with my photographs is good enough and I don't have to measure my worth to whatever the latest trend is.
