Pretty simplistic book that deals with BIG emotional issues. Half-way through and I can see many connections between this book and Eckhart Tolle's idea of the pain body. It has me thinking a lot about the possibilities of emotional triggering and how each of my reactions day to day are affected by hitting or avoiding emotions that I chose to ignore or not experience fully at any particular time.
