Very dense and technical, but informative.
Rachel
Everyone who has skin should read this. You should especially read it if you're a parent. A lot of personal care products contain ingredients that are linked to cancer and serious hormonal problems, and the industry is pretty much completely unregulated. It's time everyone starts paying attention and demanding change.
The book was dry and repetitive at times, but most of the points he makes bear repeating. There is a helpful chart in the back of what ingredients to avoid, as well as lists of webs
