A pretty good collection of articles and summaries of the ins and outs of the industry with more of a focus on "Professional" than "Web Design." I think to the uninitiated, the business advice and descriptions of what it takes to get it all together and take design seriously is a good read. Web design has been around long enough to mature a bit, and the advice here is worth a read, or at least a skim. Useful articles along with almost useless. Must read - How To Respond Effectively To Design Criticism. Only for that 3/5 without that too much theory and so 2/5
