Hmmm...I know this book as 'Freddie Goes Swimming' - I guess it must have been republished under a different name. Again the kids (2-4 years) seemed to enjoy it and it was a book they picked out, so enjoy! It works with the idea of a kid hersitating with the idea of learning how to swim and perciverence until he is finally able to swim like his fish.

Freddie goes to the learner's pool and his mom teaches him how to swim. He practices a lot so he can swim just like a fish. This has very simple text and a very simple message that kids can understand.
