This book remains one of my all time favorites. It deals with sibling rivalry and the trials and tribulations of growing up. I think I read it four or five times as a kid, and I hope I can find my copy of it next time I go to my parents house. It was so well written. Not over the top emotional, or written in kid speak. It was an intelligent book targeted at junior high kids. LOVED it!

This story was quite entertaining. It centers around the sibling rivalry between a 7th grade girl and her 9th grade brother. It was full of humor, and the antics of the siblings were described in enough detail to create vivid images. There is a lesson in the end that is subtle enough not to spoil the fun.

Super sweet and adorable. Full of creativity and hilarious as well! Well what else is there to say? Who knew sibling rivary can be so facinating and extreme? Well... just look at Megin and Greg! So different yet so same, I love them! Totally recommended!

Not one of Spinelli's best. I think there are references inappropriate for kids below middle school age. Mildly entertaining, but pretty predictable. Thankfully this is not typical of Spinelli's style, I think this is one of his earlier books.

Childhood memories. I still remember a paragraph when they talk about the feeling of summer being gone and going back to school. Summer being washed away in the shower. I love that image. It was rad then and it's rad now.

After reading this, I felt like giving my sister a hug. Helps you appreciate how lucky you are to have siblings. (Until the next time they lose your twenty bucks...)

A great book about the love/hate relationship between a brother and a sister. A really good ending.

It's very funny. A good quick book if you have nothing to do for a few hours.
