Recommends it for: everyone
I have a compulsion for buying vegan cookbooks. I LOVE vegan cookbooks. But they are kind of like music CDs in that I am constantly getting rid of the less essential ones and then buying new ones. With cookbooks, I buy them, try some recipes (or perhaps leaf thru and see that none of the recipes interest me), and then I give the books away. Recommends it for: all vegans & those who know them, anyone who likes a good & easy cookbook
This is a terrific cookbook because:

the recipes are very easy and do not call for esoteric ingredients,

everyone seems to enjoy the all the delicious recipes (vegans, vegetarians & omnivores),

there's a litte, but not much, good basic information about veganism,

the book is well-designed, recipes into helpful sections

I highly recommend this cookbook to everyone.

Got this for Christmas (thanks, Mom!) and loving it so far. I haven't made all the recipes yet but definitely four-to-five stars on all those I have made. Best of all, it's with simple ingredients that are easy to find at the regular supermarket.
I love love love the peach cobbler recipe.
