This is truly a must-read. My Enemy, My Friend is the powerful and inspirational true story of one girl's lifelong fight against juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. It tells the story from her diagnosis at the very tender age of two-and-a-half through her school years to her success as an interior designer. It is so well written and gripping that we seem to experience all the lows in her life as well as the highs. Everyone can learn lessons from Lauren's experience and positive attitude.
Such a great story about a girl who suffers from the same disease as me. Her struggles and strength to overcome those struggles is moving.
