Last of the Demon Slayers is the 4th in Ms. Fox’s Demon Slayer series staring Lizzie Brown.
Vacations are great and Lizzie and the Red Skull Witches her talking Jack Russell Pirate and their adopted dragon Flappy all lounged at the Greek Estate of her Griffin Shape Shifting boyfriend Dimitri, but now it’s life back in the fast lane so Harley’s to the ground, but when she gets a frantic call for help from her biological dad, things go to hades in a handbasket, literally.

Lizzie is back from Greece with her hunky griffin boyfriend, Dimitri, and the geriatric witch biker gang (not to mention her talking dog Pirate and Pirate's pet adolescent dragon Flappy) with plans to help the witches finally set up a real home at a New Jersey biker bar after years on the run. Of course nothing has ever gone according to Lizzie's plans since the day she turned 30 and inherited her demon slayer powers. Naturally, her birth father shows up in a pillar of fire begging her to help f...more
Well I've talked about Lizzie and Dimitri in the last review so won't go over them again. I liked this It was as all the previous books a really fun read. Oh don't get me wrong there is some serious stuff going on and some moments you still think Lizzie just doesn't quite get it. But this time the not getting it is about her desire for a permanet relationship in her life.

The latest installment in the Demon Slayer series is like running into a old friend and catching up over the weekend.
Lizzie meets her father for the first time and learns more about her biological heritage. She struggles with her feelings about being put up for adoption as a baby. Her struggle to be accepted leads her into some difficult spots (hell) and her fear of rejection doesn't always allow her to accept the help being offered to her. It just shows you, no matter how old you are, you stil...more

Excellent story and another romp with favorite characters. I really enjoyed the read. A little hard to review because if I tell too much of the plot it will ruin the read; definitely had some surprises. In this book, Lizzie the "last demon slayer" is up against an even more powerful demon, relationships have grown (even Flappy, the dragon her dog adopted), and readers found out who her dad was (don't expect the big, weepy, tearjerker moments, not this author's style and would not be true to the...more

This was a ton of fun. I really do enjoy this series quite a bit. I felt that Lizzie was more evolved (which was great) after the last novel and the world building was stronger. Though the plot was pretty simple, it served the character and the series well. It was good to see Lizzie interacting in a new way with her new-found father and I liked the resolution to their relationship quite a lot.

The Last of the Demon Slayers was a great addition to the Demon Slayer series. It was a quick, light read and comparable to Angie Fox's other Demon Slayer books in this series. I read it straight through and found it difficult to put down. Thank you for writing these books and releasing this book early. I wish you the best.
This is (from what I understand) the last in the Demon Slayer series, and due to changes with the authors previous publisher, the author chose to self-publish this one. While overall, the storyline was enjoyable and entertaining, there were some typos, grammatical and spelling errors that were jarring enough to take me out of the story for a brief moment. A relatively minor quibble overall. Otherwise, my only other issue was an ending, that while true to the circumstances, felt a bit abrupt, and...more
Fourth in a fun and enjoyable series. Nothing too complex, a good blend of dark and humor, biker witches, a few griffins, a talking terrier, a demon slayer or two...
I flounced this book after reading about 60% of it. I only held out that long because I had enjoyed the series. Starting at book 3 at least for me the books start going downhill and can't keep my attention. I truly wish I could have enjoyed this book because this series started out with so much promise.
The 4th in the series and another great read! I felt the last book was a little slow but this one I could not put down. Lizzie again takes on a nasty demon this time one who is trying to turn her long lost father into a demon as well. I can't call this a clean romance but the sex scenes are not the main focus of the story and very mild. I don't know if there will be any more of these books but I sure hope so. Lizzie Brown is so much fun and I can't help but want to read more about her!
The love shared between Dimitri and Lizzie is beautiful. I really enjoyed this series.

I liked this book and it was a fun and fast read. I will read the first book of this series to fill in a couple gaps and then read the next two in the series.
Funny, funny, funny! Lizzie gets to finally meet her birth father. He's a fallen angel! In the end, he lives up to what he is.
