More good stuff from Jeff. Of particular note are his first three "Drumlins" stories, two of them published here for the first time. Set in the same universe as The Cunning Blood, but on a distant planet, they tell stories in a colony of marooned humans who've settled a new planet...aided by mysterious devices that can produce nearly anything if they're "drummed" the right way. You'll just have to read it to find out what THAT means!
