On his annual trek to the city, Brad, a rodeo circuit whip star, becomes the centre of attention at one of Arthur’s famed gay parties. Always eager to match up the young cowboy with inappropriate partners, Arthur has chosen the arrogant and belligerent Dex as this year’s ‘whipping boy.’ They loathe each other on sight, playing their games of alpha supremacy in the full glare of the smirking partygoers. There can be only one winner. Or can there?

I really enjoyed "Party Whip". It's short, but hot and it still touches all bases on its way.

I'd have loved reading more, but Barry gives enough to get my imagination going to provide the rest.
Christine
Short, sweet and totally hot! Worth the read and wouldn't mind seeing a little more from these two characters.

That was hot!!! I'd love to read more about them. And the cover's very sexy.
Lucy
Way too short to bring much into it, but a great scene with a very nice twist.
Don Bradshaw
A quick party side show. Don't bother wasting your money.
Meggie
To short and to bland. I didn't like it.
Clover

Barry Lowe’s dreams of winning the Nobel Prize for Literature faded about thirty years ago when he realised what he wrote best was about the wild, wacky, wonderful world of sex and that his vocabulary would never rival Patrick White’s or even Evelyn Waugh’s. Since then he’s been happily churning out the odd gay sex comedy for stage as well as a mountain of newspaper columns and an avalanche of ero...more
