I adore the Boxcar Children. They continue to show how teamwork and a strong work ethic can make a difference and often save the day. Clearly these books have been ghost written for ages, as the beloved Gertrude Warner passed away years ago. For the most part, the newer books stay true to her style. This one fell flat.
