Trials of Death by Darren Shan is one of my favorite out of the series. It is filled with action and specially suspense. The book is about Darren Shan having to face the Trials of Death to prove that he is a worthy vampire to everyone in Vampire Mountain. In 1 part of the book darren has to go threw trials of death to see if he is a 100% full vampire and not just half of a vampire. The 1st trial if a water maze. Trials of Death is probably my favorite book out of the twelve book series. Each page is filled with action and it makes you keep reading until you finish it. Trials of death is the 5th part of the series written by Darran Shan. In this book hakrat is envloled in a huge way when he saved darran from what may be a painfull death in the 4th trail. Mr crepsly doesnt play much of a role in this because he is doing other things but stays with darran to make sure his trails are going well and he is staying healthy. This book is amazing. it really showed the reader how much the vampire's cared about tradition and respect and pride. i was kind pf scared for Darran when he found out that he had to take the trials of death or he would be looked down upon by the other vampires. the trials where really deadly and he nearly died in every trial, but with the luck of the vampires, he survived each trial he had to deal with.

In Cirque Du Freak Trials Of death, Daren has to go through five trails to prove himself worthy to the vampire clan and if he does not complete the task he faces death! The main characters in this book are mostly Darren because most of the book is mostly about him. Book 5 is good because you learn more about the vampaneze which are the vampires arch enemies.

This is probably the first book in the whole series that I really enjoyed. I liked the other books in the series, but this one actually captured and held my attention, making me want to read the book. In book five Darren must face the Trials: seventeen ways to die unless the luck of the vampire is with you. He must pass five fearsome trials to prove himself to the vampire clan - or else face the stakes of the Hall of Death.As with previous books in the series you will be turning pages quickly to learn more about the Trials and the dangers that await young Darren. So I really liked this book. It was action packed and I loved the Trials. They were really difficult but I really like seeing how Darren was able to overcome each and every one of them. TBH, I didn't want the Little Person to go to his rescue, I had hoped he would somehow pull off an amazing win!

The series of events that our main character Darren Shan, to me seem much too fast. In this installment he has to prove himself to the vampire clan by completing trials of death. Okay the proving I get but if he fails the only answer is death. A little harsh if you ask me considering the whole vampire race is in danger, but to them it's besides the point. This has been my favorite Darren book so far! It's completely action packed and because it's the turning point for Darren's hero journey, it's a fast and terrible (in the good way) ride!

In the 5th book of the series, Darren continues on his journey to earn the reputation of himself. He didn't give up but he pushed harder as his experiences get more difficult. Darren has to go through a maze and survive a 5 day trail of death in order of becoming a full vampire, and get his full respects from the other vampires.

This was a very good book, Darren has to take his trials. He first does the aquatic maze and he barely escapes. Then, he does the path of needles which he made it through but got a lot of cuts. Then he survived the hall of flames while getting his hair burnt off and barely made it ready for his 4th trial.
