Yeah I don't want to hear it... I like reading trashy books.

So I have an embarrassing confession to make, and I hope this doesn't make people lose respect for me. =) I caught a rerun of Keeping Up With The Kardashians over the summer and.... somehow became hooked. So naturally, I read this book - and it was cute. Better than some other memoirs I've read this year, but not as good as others.

I was surprised at some of it, though - like Khloe wears extensions because her hair fell out with the s

God, no. They already invaded t.v., music, now they want to become writers. Ooh god no, what has the world come to? I weep for humanity.

I loved this book! But it is probably a result of my love for the Kardashians. Even though many people might not take this book seriously i thought it was great. It really provided a lot of real life helpful advice for young girls, women, and men can benefit from this book. It is a tell all about their life, they talk about the death of their father, their family, their work ethic, and what it takes to be successful. Even though there are a lot of pictures in it they really help capture the girl ...more

Ok, yes, I am a little embarrassed that I read a Kardashian book... especially one that is intended for teenage girls. And yes, I have also been known to watch their show. So now you know, but moving right along. In it, all three K sisters are doling out advise about life - from fashion and beauty to sex to selling and buying on ebay, as well as reminisce about their celebrity lives, past and present . I tried to read it from a point of view of a teen girl, and it really is an interesting book i ...more
I'm not sure why I even opened this book. It's shiny?

I took a class about early American literature, so I’ve just spent the past four and a half months reading nothing but the depressing narratives and accounts of the genocide of Native Americans.

I checked out this book from the library for one reason, and one reason only: I was in desperate need of a good laugh.

I just want to make a note that I do not watch the Kardashin TV show, nor do I “keep up” with anything this family does. Pretty much the only thing I knew about them before reading this bo
Oh, boy.

I think every single American (or the majority of the world, really) knows who Kim Kardashian is. She's pretty much everywhere considering the media tries to shove her name down our throats: There's news about her latest conquest, her sex tape, her reality show, her fashion line, her marriage, even what she freaking wears! And now that she's pregnant, there's at least one daily post about her progress. And she's not even that talented.
Kim has two sisters, Kourtney and Khloe, and for

I really enjoyed this book it gave us a good look into who these women really are. the book immediately oozed how much they dedicate themselves to family which was really sweet.

they translated their personalities right onto paper. It was fantastic all the photos that were added in and you got to see them for who they are not what is portrayed of them by the media.

I would recommend this book to anyone who are fans of these Kardashian ladies it is in general a great read. it's a nice change to se
While I am not sure why I ever put this book on my to read list, this has got to be the poorest written book ever. It was like reading a book a 5 year old wrote. And the lies... such as we are not spoiled, not out to be famous, and that they are out to set examples to others that you can achieve anything if you put your mind and heart to it, oh and money isn't our values. What a bunch of crock! I didn't like this family much especially Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian and this book didn't do much ...more
I am a huge Kardashian fan so typically I could not wait to get my hands on this. It was a very quick, light read. The writing style was very informal but it was interesting how alot of the book was written as conversations had between the sisters. There were also alot of pictures (most of which I have already seen online and on the kardashians blogs) but there were also some cute, fun things like letters and cards on eachother. I definitley suggest this book for Kardashian fans everywhere.
I really like this book. There was actually some useful info in this book. It just made like these ladies even more than I already do!

One of the books that I read this summer was Kardashian Konfidential by Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe Kardashian. This book doesn't really have a storyline like a protagonist conflict or solution because this was most of a graphic biography. It mainly talked about the three sisters lives with the rest of their family and basically before the fame.

Overall I liked this book. It was like a “diary” of their lives. I don't really read books like this often. But I would recommend this book b
Krap. Setting aside poor writing style and grammatical issues, the major problem with this book is that there really isn't anything in it. For people who spend a lot of time around celebrities, have more money than they know what to do with, and are constantly going from scandal to scandal, the Kardashians' book is incredibly banal. These girls are vapid, shallow, and worst of all, bland. They are really just incredibly boring, or at least, so their book would have you believe. Thankfully their ...more
This triple mini autobiography is in fact better than I expected. We see so much of these women on television and in magazines that I thought there wasn't much else to tell, but this book instantly blew that theory out of the water. Starting out "famous for being famous" and turning that into family and individual brands takes hard work, and creativity, which whether we like to admit it or not, is something these women have a lot of. Sexy, quirky, fun, flawed, and ultimately human, these women p ...more
I don't read this type of garbage, but I saw this at the library and picked it up to laugh at, because I felt like finding out what type of authors these girls are. In all honesty, it had some good messages for teenage girls about abstaining from drugs, alcohol, smoking, and sex, and they discussed self image, and things of that nature. Other than that, this book was garbage. I give it a one star, but I do have to give them credit for not suggesting to go out and get drunk and party all night, a ...more
Kardashian konfidential is a really good read it and a easy read to have a look at the lives of the kardashian family. The book is written by Kim, Kourtney and Khloe and they give you an insight in their lives from they were little babies to now it shows some exclusive never before seen pictures and some never heard before heard stories to show that the Kardashian are not always as glamorous as they are today. It even goes through some of the toughest to happiest times of their lives. But it is ...more
Ok. I like watching the Kardashians on T.V. so when I saw their book in a bin for $5 I thought I would see what it was about. Well you know that expression, "you get what you pay for"? Well it came through! I like it but it wasn't what I thought it was going to be. It has a few memories from their past but it mostly has beauty tips that you already know and things like their favorite color or movie and things like that. Basically it looks and reads like a teenage diary. The only parts I enjoyed ...more

Catch My Video Review Here:

I honestly enjoyed reading it. I enjoyed their openness and willingness to share their life before fame, their family relationships, and their childhood memories. I loved the letters they wrote to their younger sisters, Kylie and Kendall, which could easily be used for every young girl. They were loving, helpful, and gave great sisterly advice which makes me happy to own the book. The writing quality itself could have been a little better, b

My not so guilty pleasure ! Quite obsessed with these women, judge me all you want they're amazing !

Why is this an audio book? It is set up more like a magazine or scrap book, making it harder to get through through this medium, and they also do not read it very well, making it pretty ridiculous at times. The book is also very repetitive, partly because the three of them repeat ideas but they each individually repeat topics, styles, and jokes as well. Overall, the book does provide a lot of positive messages for young girls, which is of course their market. I do Keep Up; it's a guilty pleasure ...more

I really enjoyed the book. It gave insight on the how the girls grew up and the morals that were taught to them. It helps show that even though you can have money and be a celebrity the same moral principles still stand. It also shows the strong family bond the family shares and through the pictures you can really get a feel of this strong relationship. I think its also good that they write together but also indivdiually put their own perspectives and point of view on things and relate to specfi ...more

In the story about the Kardashians, at one part Kris wanted to stay with her husband but he was the lawyer of the guy who murdered kris's friend so they got divorced (OJ Simpson trial). In this informational book about the kardashians, what the Kardashians suggest about the nature of family is that they always come first no matter what goes on in life. I would reccomend this book to anyone who is interested in the family/ watch keeping up with the kardashians, kourtney and khloe take miami and/o ...more
This honestly was pretty boring for the most part. I mean, I wasn't expecting much so it's ok lol :)
Most of the text just seemed so weirdly thrown together and disjointed. And it was super repetitive. But I still wanted to read this because I've seen every episode of their show and like it so I thought I might as well "read" this. I knew it would be super easy. And I ended up learning a little about the girls' earlier lives that I didn't know. I would definitely only recommend reading this if yo
