Read in November, 2007
recommends it for: people in the real estate industry who want to know the basics of real estate law
This book was very general, which was good in some ways as an overview of property common law and general principals of contract law, but since the ins and outs of real estate law are predominantly run by state law and regulations, the book is not very practical for day-to-day questions.
