“Wheels!,” describes the types of wheels people us to move around. People use train, plane, light, bright, wide, side, ride, gear, rear, steer, band, grand, sand, four, more, store low, tow wheels. The book ends with a cute quote, “What is there were NO wheels? How would people go?

In terms of literacy this book is exceptionally great! It is suitable for younger children. As a pre lesson I would tell the children to be on the look out for rhyming words. After the lesson I would write rhyming word

Good book for beginners..
An excellent early reader, this book pairs the word wheels with different descriptions to introduce all the different kinds of wheels that there are. This is a book that kids will want to read, and that will give them a sense of accomplishment.

A reader at the easiest level. Each page has 1-5 words, and use repetition. The two page spreads use descriptive words that rhyme (ex: Train wheels. Plane wheels.), which also helps with word identification.
