Very informative book. Dr. Ray Long breaks every pose down into the joint positions and muscle positions and gives added information on the subtle ways to make the pose deeper. Beautiful illustrations, plenty of information. The author also provides sequences to prepare for the more complex poses highlighted. I'll be keeping an eye out for the rest of the series.
Michael Blackmore
Excellent book and are all of this series. Every serious yoga person should consider having them.
