The title is, frankly, a bit misleading. Although the title points toward communication, the topics addressed are more diverse than that. It's really a collection of several "self help" presentations by a number of different motivators, geared toward a business audience. Quite a few of them do address communication skills, from one-on-one to small groups to large audiences. But there are also several talks that are more broadly about success in business than they are about communication, per se. ...more
This audio is a conglomeration of parts of other audio programs. So if you are looking for a coherent programs on conversation, look elsewhere. However, I find that these kinds of audios are good "how to" reminders - good for review on a regular basis to ensure you are doing your best on some topic. This audiobook received generally poor reviews from others, but I was more positive. It was certainly not a great book. Yet there was much I learned from this collection of excerpts from business communications consultants and speakers. If you are starting your business career or embarking on a new one, there is some excellent advice in this collection of works....you just need to separate the valuable advice from the value-less.
