This was a great book for a “who to know” in photography. Spanning photographers from the medium’s inception to present day, it’s an excellent review of not only who is important in photography, but why. It also gave me a proper reverence for the photography achieved with the earlier equipment, and for the talent and vision of those earlier photographers.

M13 quiz. Eclectic as to be expected, but full of short quirky entries. Enlightening as to how each photog choses to create in this world, from landscapes to strange conceptual art or, really, how each approaches a subject to better grasp "it" within a frame of thought as paired with a highly-stylized, personal aesthetic.
