Checked this out in the library to learn more about different properties in food sources and this sucker's got everything! Gorgeous photos, comprehensive overviews of nearly every food I can think of (or would be available to me), ability to cross-reference by ailment or foods themselves, strong perspective of prevention, glossary's of vitamins, minerals, and on the glycemic index...this is NOT a library book.
