Dark running around as Daisuke is always amusing.

But dang, is Daisuke more girly than the average shoujo heroine...

The first book does a pretty poor job of introducing the characters, and only and OK job of setting the plot in motion.

+ Two identical teenage girls are described as "really different" from each other but we see very little of them, and from what we do see they share at least one common quality: they are both snobby.

The first four volumes of D N Angel have nothing spectacular about them, but they do have a few elements going for them that make them pretty enjoyable. The story is not completely new, I do know that, but for me, this was the first manga that introduced the idea of a person transforming into another person.

just reading volume 3 was confusing, able to figure out the story - and its a good one - but should start w/volume 1.
I like that Daisuke realizes he actually likes Riku instead of Risa, who bugs me.
