Shelves: non-fiction, history
Informative sum up of the Persian Gulf War and its lasting effects on the world as of the publication date in 1990. Events since that time have made the material outdated and not the best purchase now for a middle/high school classroom or library; however, at the time of it's printing it would have been.

Leila Merrell Foster is a United Methodist minister, a clinical psychologist, and a lawyer. She has a Ph.D. and a J.D. from Northwestern University and an M.Div. from Garrett Theological Seminary. She has written some 54 adult books, chapters, articles, videotape scripts, and 23 children’s books.
