This book is a keeper to reference as a manual for yogic postures...if you are interested in working with Kundalini Yoga postures and chant...yeah, this is great!
I love the way this woman writes. She has a great sense of humor and is very insightful. You don't have to be a woman to enjoy this book either, she will give suggestions for men's postures as well.

It's easier to DO meditation than to read about it. A book can only teach you so much.
This is a great little manual. It's basically a primer of kundalini yoga for someone who knows nothing about it, but I still got some good tips on meditation technique. I would definitely recommend it for introducing someone to kundalini yoga.
I like this a lot, it has some great reminders in it.
