I received this book as a free download on National No Diet Day.
I wish I could tell you that I learned something, but I didn't, not really. You see, as a lifelong dieter, I KNEW all of the information presented already. I knew it. I know it. But it was very nice to have it backed up by someone who knows a little something about what she's talking about.
