This is the kind of manga that restores my faith in the German manga market. The fact that they publish this kind of series (as well as Kano Miyamoto and Shoko Hidaka) makes it impossible for me to really hate Carlsen, even if they screw up other series and publish inane books like "Juicy Cider".

"Acid Town" is set in a dystopic future and it's about several boys trying to survive in that world. Its tone is rather dark, but the great thing about this series is that the focus isn't on the BL part...more
I like that it´s a yaoi story with a real story behind it and pasts for the characters that intertwine with each other. At one point or the other they all met in their pasts. While it starts just between Tetsu, Hyodo and Yukio (warnings for non-con with a child) later books are all around Rei (the one with the scar) and the reasons behind his war against the Yakuza and his relationship with Matsusuga-san.

Really like the serie.
AWESOME STORY!! I love the drawings as well :] Although you may be hoping for more between the boss and the kid, (cant remember their names) it doesnt get to that point (for the fangirls) which is pretty dissapointing but, the little hints that the two make is pretty fun to read. Yeah there are adult refrences but it isnt anything that one shoyuldnt be able to handle... GREAT BOOK!! I have some pics from the book on my wall :P

First of all, I didn't know that this was a Yaoi manga when I started reading it, and it starts off as an action/ drama kind of thing so I was taken by surprise after a few chapters, yet being fair it's only a kind of romance rather than erotica, but still not my thing....

Liked the art and how quick it reads, and fortunately how short it is
The plot didn’t make complete sense to me in the beginning, but in the recent chapters a lot of things were explained which cleared things up a bit for me. Kyuugou's art is flawless and I really enjoy reading this series.
I’d also like to buy the volumes that are out, but can’t find a store where they sell them in English. Can anyone help me out?

I love this series! There isn't that much yaoi in the beginning, but the plot of the story is overall well done. The characters are easy to relate to and the drawing style is awesome! You find sly, deceiving villains in this and trustworthy friends. Tensions get high and...

“It was two years ago that I first met Yuki. I remember that painfully thin figure covered in dirt: malnourished, exhausted and carrying a sleeping child in his arms like it's the most precious thing in the world.” 1 likes
