I LOVE this cookbook!!! It's really a guide to how to perserve and use fresh produce, either from your local market or from the garden, but wow, does it make things easy! Along with guidance and help from my grandmother, this book taught me how to can tomato sauce, bruschetta, grape juice, and other yummy things for my pantry.
