This is by far my favorite book of all time. Ever since I was little I have read this book over and over. I think it is a highly underrated book for horse lovers. Sure the ending is... suggests something darker but it was like other books of it's time. Definitely a must read for horse lovers.

One of my favourite books while I was in elementary school. I didn`t get the ending then, but, once I did, I had to re-read it, just to soak in all the beauty depicted in the novel. ...more

A lovely book, but sadly it's one of the books the school system has assigned for kids at an age when they're too young to understand or simply process what they've read.
