In typical Pixar art book fashion, the pages are filled with concept drawings, visualizations and the thought process that went behind the production of Ratatouille. Through these pages, you'll come to a realization that their success is no fluke.

I love Rataouille it's one of my favourite Pixar movies, so I was really excited to find the 'Art of' book. The majority of the writting in this book is quotes from those who worked on the film, rather than a detailed backstory of the development of the plot ect. I liked that there wasn't too much to 'read' because if i'm trying to enjoy an art book then I want to get lost in the art. Shelves: favorites, animation
Ratatouille is, artistically, one of my favorite Pixar animations. It was wonderful to be able to see a bit behind the scenes and see how much hard work goes into these productions.
