"Vacation Bible Snooze" has the grade-school-aged protagonist being told his mom has enrolled him in Vacation Bible School. He wonders why any one in their right mind would want to go to school in the summer and study the Bible! He thinks of all the things he will be missing out on if he attends VBS; he won't get to watch TV, play games, or hang out with his friends. And besides, he already knows lots of Bible stories, why does he need to know more?
