In "Big Brother: The Orwellian Nightmare Come True," Mark Dice details actual NSA high-tech spy systems, mind-reading machines, secret government projects, and emerging artificial intelligence programs that seem as if they came right out of George Orwell's novel "Nineteen Eighty-Four."

A good collection of examples of how our government has become the very thing predicted in George Orwell's classic 1984. In fact, Orwell could not have imagined the level of surveillance possible with today's technology. This book is not Dice's opinion, but well documented facts that are easily verified.

Big Brother: The Orwellian Nightmare Come True is an absolute page-turner. It is a well-researched, thought provoking book in which Mark Dice draws parallels between our society the fictional dystopia presented in the novel 1984 by George Orwell. The author presents his ideas with a written clarity that is a language all in its own, and in such a way that leaves you to come up with your own conclusions.

1984 as non-fiction. Mark Dice analyzes all of the current "Big Brother" technology in use or about to come into use. At the end, he analyzes 1984 compared to today's society. The parallels are terrifying.

This book was interesting in that it didn't contain chapter numbers - but nonetheless covered all the technologies, both existing and emerging - that mirror or out pace the nightmarish fears that George Orwell wrote about in his best-selling novel "1984".

Our gov't isn't playing nice. You really need to read this book if you care anything about America and the direction its headed.
