This interesting collection of documents, with comments and explanation by Professor Isaacs, was originally intended to form an appendix or appendices to his book 'No Peace For Asia', which is still, in my opinion, one of the best overviews of the political state of affairs in Asia during the first two years immediately following the end of WWII.
