Another in the excellently produced Thoroughbred Legends series. For me, this one didn't work as well as the others I've read. This is your basic horse racing book, covering the horses line, owner, breeder, training, jockeys, racing, and stud career and ending with a bit on the legacy. Citation and the owner's, Calumet Farms, are well represented in horse racing books, so the book has the unfortunate problem of lightly (less than 150 pages) covering a well known topic.
