Essentially, imagine Love Hina if all of the girls were anime fans. It's a fun read, but I'm not sure the harem genre works as well when everyone is self-aware about anime tropes.

This volume was hilarious. So hilarious that I might have to go read the rest via the webmanga.
Two college guys get in trouble with the principal, and have to move out of their dorm room. With nowhere else to go, the guys run across a flyer for Aoi House that states that you can move in immediately and start to "LIVE THE ANIME DREAM!". So, without knowing that Aoi House is actually Yaoi House, they decide to move in right away.
And, that's where the adventures start! Echiboo, a play on
