This is a wonderful read for anyone who wants a holistic perspective on infertility. I wanted a book on infertility, but I did not want a quick fix type of book. I did not want to be promised that all of my issues would be resolved if I just did A, B, and C, because I knew that wouldn't be realistic. I think this would be a really great book for someone who was suffering from infertility and was a yoga participant. Currently we aren't having fertility problems because we aren't yet trying, so the book was a lot of unnecessary information for me. But I got it believing it would help me go ahead and prepare for the best fertility possible (as I am going to be an 'older mom').
