This was an extremely useful book. It starts with a great questionnaire, complete with a wellness wheel, to help you see how balanced you are. They focus on 12 different areas. The authors then outline the general problems in those areas and ways you can make changes for the better. It was a very fun, informative, and interesting read. It was especially helpful to retake the questionnaire later and see how much I had grown and changed.
