Simple, funny action words and onomatopoeia describe three silly ducks' rather impolite visit to their Auntie Goose's house. This rollicking, tongue-twisting, rhyming story of three enthusiastic houseguests, paired with the lively artwork of illustrator Viviana Garofoli, is sure to be a speedy favorite of beginning readers everywhere.

DUCKS GO VROOM is a must-have for classrooms and nightstands. Three vivacious ducks descend upon the home of their goose relations and wreak good-natured havoc until they tire themselves out. Darling early reader for the most beginning readers. Ride along with the Ducks as they visit their Aunt Goose's house. Using lots of noise words and actions, the text is very basic. The illustrations are hysterical and are critical for the story to really come together. Kids would love this simple, silly story!

Annoying, badly behaved ducks don't really vroom much either. My car-mad toddler didn't really care much for it.

. Lively illustrations of some tech-crazy ducks who need to learn to be better guests.

Good rhyming book for toddlers.

Step into Reading Step 1 Ready to Read

It's funny how little "vroom" has to do with the story presented in this book. There is certainly a lot of action throughout the book from yawning to clitter-clatter so I can understand the title. I was expecting it to revolve around cars a little more than it did. It was a nice loud read aloud.

My daughter absolutely loves this book. The text is noisy and fun to read, while the illustrations are hysterical! I especially love the ducks that yak yak yak on their cell phones. So cute and clever!

I also posted a mini-review on my blog.
