The book,Dream Mender by Sherryl woods was excellent. I really identified with the heroine and what she had been through. The bonus book was dopey and I think I had read it before so i did not finish it.

First book....not impressive at all. Too short to do a lot of development. True love developed practically overnight. Only 2 stars for that one.

But, the 2nd story by Allison Leigh, Stay, was very enjoyable. I've never read her romances before but would be happy to read one again. Fun characters, bantering back & forth, like brother & sister at times and wanna be lovers at other times. If you like paperback romance novels, you'll enjoy this one.

This is actually two stories by two different authors. Sherryl Woods' Dream Mender is a good story about a man recovering from burns on his hands, which he uses for his livelyhood and the person assigned to his physical therapy, who has some unresolved self issues. All the characters in this story are lively and entertaining. The second story is by Allison Leigh was very strange. The romance is lively but a little offsetting. There's a 'family' situation involved and the author tends to lead us ...more

Dream Mender is where a man ends up in the hospital after saving a co-worker in a fire and gets his hands burnt in process and has to have physical therapy or he wont be able to sue them again, the therapist however is as stubborn in he is and never gives up on him and finds love with a man just a stubborn!

I adored this though the "Extra" book , if i remember correctly, makes up most the book but I loved it just as much!
- Stay by Allison Leigh - is about a woman who has loved man since she was r

"This is a really nice story, very emotional. It's a good story about the emotional pain a burn victim suffers. ... I loved all the characters in this story, they are lively and entertaining. Frank's large family is boisterous but yet devoted and supportive of each other. Hope to read more stories about Frank's siblings. Loved the ending!" from a review posted by an eHarlequin.com member, to read more go here.

A sweet book, held my interest and I liked the characters. This book came with a second story by Allison Leigh that I didn't read.

it was a lovely book: two characters had to fight physical and mental scars to find true love in each other.

"The friends are the only things I've brought with me through the years that really matter," she says. "I could probably live without one more chintz teacup, another tin-litho sa
