This is a great book of "would you rather" situations. This particular book is totally appropriate to use with kids of all ages. It does have some pretty gross "would you rathers" but is sure to entertain. It also has random facts about the topics in the questions which are also pretty interesting (especially if you like useless trivia like I do).
