I had never understood lease/purchase agreements before I read this book. I liked the fair approach they took to lease/purchases. I know that most of the numbers were for demonstration purposes only, but most of them seemed unrealistic. For example, in my experience monthly rent equal to 1% of the home value seems really high.
A great guide to getting started in real estate investing and how to do it right.
