Recommends it for: people who are interested in psychological origins of their diseases
If you want to learn about the psychological origin of your disease and to understand the reason why you fell ill in the first place this book will be a rich source of wisdom for you! Of course you have to be open minded because sometimes its much easier to live in denial than to acknowlegde that your own thoughts and actions may have led to your current predicament. To take responsibility is hard, dont I know it...
