Introduces the art of meditation and its rejuvenating effect on the mind, body and spirit. This book features three kinds of meditations - unguided, self-guided and guided visualisation - and discusses how to practice each. Gives like 10 ways we meditate and visualize from taking a nature walk to chanting to guided meditation, etc. Need a mini-cassette recorder and tapes to tape them. But many I read are very useful, or rather I believe they will be as I haven't actually did them. I suppose I've done a couple of the very simple ones, which have worked great.

Gloria Chadwick writes mostly New Age nonfiction books, ranging from reincarnation, meditation, spirituality, and positive mind power to Zen coffee, as well as a few visionary fiction novels. She's also written several guides for writers.

Her most recent book is Pen Stroke: A Novel Journey, which offers a humorous look at writers writing a 50,000-word novel in a month... :)
