Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is discussed in detail. Triggers include citrus, caffeinated coffee, tea, cola, chocolate, fried foods, dairy products, tomatoes, onions, and other items.
Sufferers are advised to eat smaller meals and to eat more frequently.
