A very good book with many helpful suggestions. My one comment, don't wait until you're over 50 to read it. This is a helpful read for anyone trying to 'feel' & 'look' their best at any mature age. If you're over the age of 30, give it a try!
I liked the lists of recommended beauty products and lists of useful websites. Also, I liked the sensible descriptions of heart disease, cancer, etc, and what to do for prevention. Very useful book.

This is an easy read and (ugh) a self-help book. I found some of the bests and lists helpful, especially when the topics were clothes, fashions, and how much $$ Grufferman spent to revamp her wardrobe. I don't want any advice on what to eat, and all the tips on haircare (using your fingers to sculpt, when to cleanse and condition) did not relate to my hair.
This is not a bad reference but only a starting place. I found some of the emphasis a bit off-putting if not downright distasteful. For more:
I actually liked this book. I found the medical piece very informative and "reader friendly". Got me thinking about this next phase...
Informative, helpful especially with managing finances.
good summary of what you pick up here and there
