If I could give this book no stars I would. The characters were not properly developed. Their relationship was unbelievable because they barely knew one another. Eric is introducing Dinah to his daughters basically the day he meets her. He is inviting her into surgery with him before he knows she is a nurse. He's a surgeon/forest rescuer/helicopter pilot/rock climber...I mean, someone can have interests and hobbies, but he has several "hobbies" that are actually full time jobs. Like, what happen ...more

I liked this book. I was a great more relaxing read and had a few good faster paced scenes. I liked the characters and the situations. There was a little action in the rescue scenes I really appreciated and kept the story from getting to la-dee-da. I liked the liked the HEA and enjoyed the self-discovery. I would read this book again, but more for a softer, less demanding kind of thing. Gotta take a break every once in a while to settle the nerves from reading the what's gonna happen next kind o ...more

Honestly the h was way too emotional for me! Like from the 1st kiss your all discombobulated!! GET REAL!! I think because I was irked by her it ruined the book for me! His twins were sweet and his dead wife love was okay I guess, but after 5 years all that guilt hmm! Not my fave book but readable none the less...

Perhaps i'm bias because I'm team bury your emotions or better yet have none if you can help it, and the h was just feeling so much, eeek! Emotions!!! I didn't even blame the H when he

I love this but the ending was not what I expected. I mean it was a good ending but there were things that I thought she should have written which weren't there. I love the start and the meeting. Also the character's dilemma was stable and progressed in the right time. Not just jumping off the dilemma like it's not really a dilemma. This presented it very well.
