If you are looking for a comprehensive, well written textbook on the history of educational law in the States, this is an excellent choice. The Q&A at the end of each opinion was thought provoking, the summary of the case context and significance were thorough yet concise, and the chapters were logically divided and organized. I was happy to see they didn't just cover the Supreme Court and I do feel I have a much more concrete and informed understanding of educational law in the United State ...more
